The awesome thing about drinking structured water is how my body becomes fully hydrated so quickly. My body can readily take in as much of what I drink as it needs for hydration.
You may ask how this is different from drinking any other water? In actual fact, most drinking water contains water molecules bunched into big molecular clumps. These large water clumps cannot pass through the human cell membrane without first being broken down into individual molecules. Our bodies need to expend a lot of energy to break apart the water clumps enough to allow the water to be absorbed by our cells. Our bodies have to work hard to prepare normal water for our hydration. Much of the water we normally drink just passes through the body and is eliminated in large clumped molecule form.
Our body cells need water in the form of individual molecules or chains of individual molecules. These can readily pass through the cell membrane. Structured water has smaller water clusters and is more efficiently used by the body. No longer do our bodies need to struggle to pick up enough water. The result is proper hydration, rapidly achieved.
When I learned the truth about the great benefits of drinking structured water, I made a conscious effort to primarily drink such water and to make sure I get enough of it. I generally drink about two liters per day. I actually found out that I could drink less than I used to and still maintain good hydration since more of the water I drink makes it into my cells. I can really feel how the structured water truly gets more fully absorbed by my body.
I have noticed a number of effects since switching to structured water:
- Since the water is smoother in my mouth, I enjoy drinking it more
- I generally feel less thirsty since I am more hydrated most of the time
- My energy level now stays high all day more consistently than before
- I stay consistently healthy and don’t tend to come down with ‘things’
- My blood test results showed a dramatic improvement across the board after several months of drinking structured water. My doctor was amazed!
- On long haul (10+ hour) flights my hydration level is now much more easily managed and I feel more ‘normal’ upon my arrival
